At Freedom, we operate a “First Flyer” program, so you can earn while you learn. As you make the leap from academia to the world of full-time employment, we’ll support and continue to upskill you as you bolster your professional skills, rotate through different experiences to gain broader knowledge and build your confidence.
Open PositionsOur various First Flyer programs provide the training, mentorship and networking to have new college graduate participants soaring during their first 12-18 months, as they launch into a successful career at Freedom Mortgage.
We are currently hiring hundreds of graduates for our 2023 program. Check with your school's career center to learn if they are hosting virtual career fairs and if Freedom Mortgage is participating. Our First Flyer recruiters are excited to chat with you!

As a Campus Recruiter for Freedom Mortgage I am currently focused on working with graduates who are interested in growing their career in sales within the mortgage industry to join our First Flyer Program. I am a proud alumni of Kutztown University, where I earned my Bachelors of Science in 2016. I started my journey with Freedom in October of 2021, and I have been recruiting for 6 years in various industries.
