"Although I've only been with Freedom Mortgage a short time, I've spent many years in the loan servicing industry. In an industry that is forever changing, adapting, and embracing challenges both good and bad means there is always room for growth. My military background has played a key role in helping me move through these challenges while building and maintain self-directed work teams and workflow operations. It's been my honor to work for Freedom because of their focus on helping US vets and families. As one who struggled after getting out, I know the value of what we do here."
"I served in the USAF for 10 yrs active duty from 1984-94 as Non-Commissioned Officer(NCO) and USAR from 2007-11. I’ve been with FMC since May 2015 and started as a Rep in the Escrow Dept then as the Supervisor for a period and now as a Manager on the Corporate Complaint Team. My leadership skills learned during my military service afforded me the ability to work well under pressure and lead by example. I also learned the value and pride that allowing integrity be at the forefront of my work ethic here at FMC, especially when it comes to assisting with issues that affect Veterans. As a disabled Vet myself, life can be challenging enough so my goal will always be to provide the level of service they (we) deserve.
