Meet Sherri

“I strive to help others identify and acknowledge their abilities.”

Sherri’s responsibility is to make sure that the entire Freedom family of customers continue to have the best service experience possible. That starts with hiring, training, coaching and continually educating her team members on customer care. Sherri’s ultimate focus is on upholding our goal to maintain our Freedom Mortgage customers as “customers for life.”

If you ask Sherri what she enjoys most about being a part of the Freedom family, she would tell you how much she loves to teach and help her colleagues spread their wings and reach new heights.

“There are several close colleagues in my Freedom network who have been direct reports, and just as many who have never worked directly for me, but still know I am always here to help.”

Outside of the office, Sherri is a big fan of watching BBC crime dramas and channels her inner detective to figure out “whodunit.”
