Meet Muneer

“The continued growth that Freedom Mortgage is experiencing is what really motivates me.”

In his more than six years with Freedom Mortgage, Muneer continues to serve as an example of what it means to be truly dedicated to his field. He began his Freedom journey as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), consulting directly with borrowers to stay in lockstep on the finer details across their borrowing journey. He has since grown and developed into a supervisor, manager, and today leads as a Customer Experience Director for our servicing portfolio.

He is always thinking about enhancing the overall customer experience, and how he can improve internal business processes to keep our customer satisfaction level at its very highest – helping to ultimately uphold our “customer for life” mission.
