Meet Ingrid

“Making sure everyone feels valued for who they are is important to me.”

Ingrid is tasked with ensuring we achieve our goal of providing best-in-class service to our customers. From analyzing customer feedback trends, to listening in on calls in order to gain a better understanding of the customer journey, she’s consistently looking to discover new ways of providing the best experiences possible. Ingrid also works with our IT partners and Customer Experience team to enhance our Call Center technology and identify any opportunities for improvement, both for our Freedom employees and customers.

When it comes to her team, she relentlessly pursues ways to provide them with training and ongoing career development. She is also very passionate about making sure team members feel welcomed and valued.
