Barbara’s primary role is that of a business advocate, responsible for ensuring all projects are completed with the assistance of IT. Her many responsibilities also include making sure mail services are operating efficiently by keeping all correspondence running smoothly throughout the organization. She also oversees reception services to ensure that incoming calls are answered quickly, so that Freedom customers are provided with the best service experience.
She is known as an outstanding mentor and leader, providing plenty of positive reinforcement to her teams. This helps Barbara with one of her most important duties – ensuring her team members continue making great strides as they learn and grow with Freedom.

She takes pride in developing passionate talent who are early in their career journey through the IT track of Freedom’s “First Flyers” program. Barbara’s main goal is in helping them fully understand what it means to be agile and have the willingness to do whatever it takes to “wow” our customers and keep the business humming along.
