Adrian works tirelessly to coach and develop his staff, in addition to focusing on process improvements, procedure reviews and audits.

He brings a very collaborative approach to managing his projects and team. He finds that working with colleagues across all business lines can make even the most difficult projects fulfilling. A great example of this is Freedom’s Call Center response to COVID.

It was crucial for them to give accurate information to our customers, specific to mortgage forbearance. Collaboration fosters shared responsibility and improves working relationships.
