Main Purpose of the Role and Responsibilities in the Business:

As the Workday Time and Absence Lead, you’ll work as the team lead to implement and configure an enterprise-scale Workday Time and Absence solutions for Archwell Essentials and the Freedom Mortgage family of companies. You will work within the project framework as established by the Workday implementation partner.   You will build relationships with our subject matter experts, shaping and delivering a time and absence solution that is aligned to requirements. You’ll provide excellent guidance to the organization, understanding their business and requirements

**This position will be hired as a contractor. Candidates must be comfortable with being hired as a contractor.**

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Lead Absence and Time Tracking workstream, providing Archwell with support in understanding Workday Time and Absence configuration as well as recommend best practices related to Archwell requirements
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping Archwell, the project team and systems implementation partner informed of Time and Absence business requirements
  • Lead testing for the Workday Time and Absence Workstream and assist in development of testing scenarios
  • Assist team in Time and Absence integration configuration and testing alongside implementation partner and SMEs
  • Build professional relationships with Archwell subject matter experts, support rapid decision making and make solution recommendations when needed
  • Actively participate providing knowledge transfer to your team and to create opportunities to share skills and learnings with SMEs within the Time and Absence workstream
  • Able to rapidly adopt to changes in business needs and business requirements

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Previous Workday Absence and Time Tracking Certification training desirable
  • 1-2 Years’ Workday Absence/TT implementation experience with a Workday partner or as a client lead collaborating with a Workday partner
  • General knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
  • Experience implementing Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations for organizations of all sizes
  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking solutions according to organization requirements
