(This position will be primarily remote but will have to go into the Marlton, NJ office eventually occasionally)


The Staff Accountant will be responsible for financial recording and reporting by performing tasks such as recording financial transactions into the general ledger, reconciling general ledger accounts to statements or schedules, analyzing data and reports, and assisting with special projects when needed.  Key measures of success include strong mathematical and analytical skills, strong time-management and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

Records financial transactions into general ledger. Reconciles general ledger accounts into statements. Analyzes data and reports for possible variances. Heavy excel usage. Ability to assist on special projects as needed.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Required
  • 2-5 years of Corporate Accounting Experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Must be flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
