Responsible for the management of the day to day operations of the Special Loans Group. Provide leadership and guidance to the departmental staff in the performance of their duties relating to but not limited to the processing of Adjustable Mortgages (ARMS) Servicer Member Civil Relief Act, Buydowns and Balloons.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for the management of the day to day operation of the Special Loans Group
- Provide leadership, guidance, performance anagement and development to the members of the Special Loans Group
- Define, establish and execute on processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all investor and regulatory requirements pertaining to but not limited to the:
- Timely and accurate review of ARM data boarded to the FISERV system
- Timely and accurate processing of ARM changes and change notifications
- Timely and accurate identification of borrowers eligible for protection under SCRA
- Timely and accurate processing of buydown and balloon payment changes
- Develop new and improve existing reporting and controls to effectively to measure and report on performance, compliance and productivity
- Effectively and proactively identify and communicate issues to department Vice President

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or three (3) to five (5) years of related mortgage experience within the Special Loans area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory experience required.
