Summary
Organize, in coordination with Underwriting and Borrower(s), the completion ofrepairs and distribution ofrepair escrow checks to pre-determined parties.

Essential Job Functions: 

• Compare appraisals from third party organizations to Underwriting documents.
• Organize and update multiple Microsoft Spreadsheets
• Keep appropriate Lakewood pages updated
• Order final inspections and keep track of status
• Create check requests and have them distributed to multiple parties
• Must be highly organized
• Must be able to communicate via phone and email in a professional manner.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Processing experience a plus.
• Client service delivery results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and work place policies. Ability to analyze,
interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to
write professional correspondences. Ability to write routine business reports. Ability to speak effectively with other
employees and/or customers. Ability to present formal information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators,
managers, employees, customers and/or the general public.
