Position Description:

The Default Oversight Specialist is responsible for review of call center performance. Reviews include compliance, performance, and adherence to existing protocols. Employee will ensure that Policies and Procedures are an accurate depiction of day to day activities within the call center.

  1. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all states, federal laws, regulations, investor and insurer guidelines.
  2. Conducts loan level reviews for adherence to Federal, State, and Agency guidelines.
  3. Identify trends where there may be gaps in the process, and provide recommendations and action plans. 
  4. Work toward long term and strategic decision making by collaborating with management.
  5. Explain audit findings and provide recommendations for solution
  6. Determine the degree of risk involved. 
  7. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8.  Ability to multi-task and be extremely flexible in the workday activities

Education and/or Experience:

  High School Diploma or Equivalent

  Language Skills:

  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graph.

  Reasoning Ability:

  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
