The Servicing Correspondence Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of outbound letters, ensuring all required letters and disclosures created by Freedom Mortgage Corporation are appropriately maintained within the Servicing system of record.  Will monitor the lettering process to ensure compliance with Freedom Policies and Procedures.

  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on observation, data analysis, review of departmental exception report findings and evaluation of departmental workflow
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity, Freedom look and feel, and that letters are compliant with federal and state regulations
  • Document and prioritize change management requests related to regulatory requirements or business needs
  • Act as a liaison between Legal Compliance, local counsel, internal business partners, and Information Technology
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure timely, accurate, cost-effective and excellent service to our customers
  • Develop and implement process controls to ensure lettering accuracy and data integrity
  • Assist with monthly process reviews (audits and exams)
  • Accurately assess strengths and development needs of employees including timely and specific feedback and performance management

Bachelor's Degree from a four (4) year college or university; or five (5) to eight (8) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
