Freedom Mortgage Corporation, a national lender headquartered in Southern New Jersey, is looking for an experienced RPA Support Lead with a strong technical background to lead the support and monitoring of UiPath robots in production.

Job functions:

  • Provide monitoring, support and maintenance of UiPath application in production.
  • Lead 24x7 technical support for business operations by proactive overseeing, researching and resolving production issues in RPA platform.
    • Lead the efforts to define monitoring metrics and practices of RPA solution.
    • Analyze system monitoring data and make the corrections/enhancements to the RPA solution.
    • Support with transitioning of new bots into production support by following SOP’s.
    • Co-ordinate with RPA developers and support resources to meet the SLA defied in Support governance document.
    • Setup continuous monitoring solutions for RPA projects.
    • Work on performance optimization and maintenance by following operational procedures for RPA.
    • Follow the ITIL principles in improving the RPA support processes in place.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Bot performance in production.
    • Training and mentoring individuals on application support and delivery disciplines.

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and support experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing/developing /supporting UiPath RPA suite
  • 2+ years experience with leading a Support and monitoring team
  • 1+ years experience in any monitoring solution like Solar winds , Sumo etc.
  • Working experience/knowledge in infrastructure/application architecture.
  • Working experience/knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies.
  • Python & Java experience is preferred.
  • IBM BPM experience and ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical ability to trouble shoot issues in Production environment.
  • Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organization success.
  • Willingness to adapt to and self-learn new technologies and deliver on them.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate status of requests and issues both with IT and business partners.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related technical degree, or equivalent industry experience, and a minimum five years of IT experience.
