ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

The Purchase Full Doc. Operations Team Lead is a subject matter expert with full doc purchase loans and processes and will be responsible for working with processors with our full doc purchase team. 

Principal Duties: 

•  Assist with training staff 

•  Monitor file flow to ensure SLA's are consistently met or exceeded. 

•  Ensure loans are processed in compliance with all federal and state regulations. 

•  Answer questions staff may have 

•  Work with Operations manager on the day to day operations of the department.   Including but not limited to distributing work, reviewing pipelines, and job coaching 

•  Perform Phone Monitoring of new employees and provide written feedback 

•  Perform sporadic QC spot checks on individual pipelines and provide feedback to staff 

•  Coordinate weekly pipeline review sessions with each employee 

•  This team is responsible for full doc. processing of purchase loan



  • Minimum of 4 years mortgage full doc. purchase processing experience; VA Full Doc, FHA Full Docs, USDA, and       Conventional Full doc experience required.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required •Working knowledge of compliance regulations

  • Proficient with MS Office

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to provide vision and inspiration to peers and others.

  • Full understanding of Product Types (Conventional, FHA, VA, UDSA)

  • Ability to work in a high paced team environment, recognizes and acts on changing priorities.

  • Ability to work overtime and extensive hours during high volume •Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong prioritization skills and organization skills are a must along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
