The Marketing QC Analyst reports directly to the Director of Marketing Business Analytics. The core responsibility of the Marketing Business Analyst will be to validate the production campaign files and output generated by the Campaign Developers, checking for compliance with requirements, channel specific requirements and data integrity. The QC Analyst will also be responsible for and own campaign requirements intake and documentation. Developing a through understanding of current business processes and data as they relate to marketing and the mortgage industry will be a critical success factor in this role.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Validate all operational marketing campaign files that they meet all business requirements and data quality standards.
  • Conduct regular criteria reviews between marketing segment managers and campaign execution engineers to ensure all campaign selection criteria are up to date and defined to business specifications.
  • Manage and own the process to intake Campaign Requirements and file due dates.
  • Learn existing processes from both a technical and business perspective and recommend improvements.
  • Clear & Consistent communication with internal customers/partners for expected timelines for deliverables.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Statistics, or related degree
  • 2 yrs. Minimum experience in extracting, manipulating and validating large amounts of data
  • Working knowledge of SAS, SQL or similar software
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment with rapidly changing prorities
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into data processing steps
  • Proficiencly in initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with the business community
