Summary
The Marketing Business Analyst will support the Marketing Department’s reporting needs and current reporting environment. This person will work closely with various groups across the organization to support and build a best in class Marketing reporting suite.
Essential Job Functions:
- Build and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor the performance of Marketing Campaigns
- Manages and maintains current report catalog, including recommending and implements improvements to existing reports
- Provide quality control and data validation.
- Work closely with Insights team to support any Tableau and data visualization needs.
- Fulfills ad-hoc data/reporting requests and analyses as needed to support marketing’s needs.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Sciences, or other STEM or related field
- Strong interest in analytics and data visualization, and drive to learn
- Proven ability to think creatively in complex situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven ability to think creatively in complex situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing environment where projects, priorities and timelines shift frequently.
- Experience with at least one programming language is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (ie. Tableau, Power BI, etc) is a plus.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree from a Four (4) year College or University
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Statistics preferred
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Work Complexity:
Tasks are multiple and diverse with some interrelationship across processes. Work requires the direct application of a variety of procedures, policies and/or precedents.
