Summary

Individual will be responsible for assisting with oversight for overall performance of the Servicing Customer Care Vendor relationship.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the management of the oversight of the Mortgage Servicing, Customer Care Call Centers vendors.  To include but not limited to customer service, homeowner’s insurance (HOI), property tax, and other vendors as needed.
  • Promote a positive workplace supportive of the vendors to meet Freedom Mortgage Corporations goals and objectives.
  • Vendor accountability to achieve service level agreements (SLA’s) set by Freedom Mortgage Corporation.
  • Assist with setting goals, drive results and properly reward/addresses performance.
  • Ability to understand and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Assist with ensuring proper staffing levels at all times and per SLA.
  • Build and analyze reporting necessary to manage call center productivity against daily/weekly/monthly objectives.
  • Familiar with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ability to quickly identify issues and resolve problems.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage the oversight of vendor responsibilities and carries out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
