This position is fully Remote!

The Manager – Foreclosure Attorney Oversight is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and management of the Foreclosure Attorney Network, Foreclosure Regional Attorney Oversight Specialist. This includes working directly with the Attorney to ensure all investor/insurer/regulatory requirements are completed both accurately and timely and in accordance with their guidelines from first legal through the foreclosure sale.  Work closely with Vendor Management on overall attorney performance, and coordinate escalation for aged inventory through reporting, conference calls and escalations to senior management as needed on a loan level basis, addressing any inefficiencies. In addition, perform QC audit responses when applicable associated with the overall timeline and investor/insurer/regulatory compliance requirement of the Attorney Network and Foreclosure Department.

Essential Job Functions: 
  • Carrying out management responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies, applicable laws and the company’s overall Guiding Philosophy
  • Managing the day-to-day operations related to Foreclosure Attorney oversight and timeline management
  • Work directly with Foreclosure Department to identify issues, establish controls and achieve the desired results.
  • Organizing specialist workloads according to Regional areas
  • Monitor Attorney Networks performance, create reports and controls for oversight
  • Coordinate and conduct regular reporting, review and conference calls with Attorney on foreclosure inventory
  • Identify approaching and aged inventory address timeline inefficiencies
  • Reviewing and responding to internal and external Quality Reviews Audits
  • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
