Description

Overall responsibilities include developing productivity analyses, managerial reporting and division operating metrics for the call center operations.  Monitor financial and productivity performance and assist the leadership team in improving operations with a goal of increased productivity and financial performance.  Develop and manage capacity models for the Call Center and provide guidance based on forecast and business strategy. Develop proformas with incorporated KPIs and business plans to aid in business decisions for the Call Center operations. Understand revenue components and replace legacy reporting with effective streamlined processes. Create reports in Oracle Smart View for financial reporting and budgeting. Administer the creation of new departments based upon business requirements and ensure integration for all daily and monthly reporting as well as back end integration of Finance, Accounting, and HR systems. Build channel forecast methodologies within Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). Assess the effectiveness of proposed vendor pricing as well as new vendor onboarding with cost benefit analysis. Analyze historical data and reconcile to invoices for accuracy. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Servicing on business strategy to account for hiring plans, IT initiatives, and acquisitions. Develop and monitor standard business practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams. Function as a liaison between production channels and corporate departments to understand, analyze, and communicate corporate functional expenses for production channels. Conduct profitability analyses on the various business channels and product offerings within the Call Center and develop scenario analysis based on proposed business strategies. Collaborate with Capital Markets to improve pricing in order to improve Call Center revenue. Assist production channels with analytical requests including but not limited to pipeline performance, productivity analysis, resource allocation, breakeven analysis, etc. Perform ROI analysis on prior acquisitions. Streamline daily, weekly, and monthly reports by creating automated processes by using VBA. Effectively lead, supervise and motivate the team to deliver high quality work products within expected timeframes. 

 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics or other quantitative field plus 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Must have experience with: Mortgage originations including loan originations systems such as Lakewood or Encompass)
  • Must have experience with: Mortgage Backed Securities; assessing operational processes within the mortgage industry; cash flow modeling skills in analyzing product profitability; developing work plans and resource estimates; foundational programming skills in VBA or SQL; leadership skills to manage team of professionals; and prior staff supervision.
  • Must have completed graduate coursework in credit analysis, econometrics, business conditions & forecasting, and risk management.
