The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a full time, two-year program designed to develop future business leaders at Freedom Mortgage, a leading national mortgage lender.

This position will be segmented into distinct tracks whereby the candidate will have the ability to explore various job functions within their track while leading improvement in the organization. LDP tracks will include Marketing and IT.

The Management Associate, or LDP, will take on challenging initiatives that will drive significant business impact, positioning Freedom Mortgage for unprecedented, industry-leading growth. In addition to gaining professional experience in the mortgage industry, the candidate will engage in developmental activities and hone skills through coaching and feedback. The LDP will empower a candidate's career growth through the designation of a mentor, opportunities to network with Senior Leadership, and unique exposure to corporate strategy.

• Identify and drive operational improvements as well as participate in strategic direction discussions.
• Conduct in-depth research on existing and emerging trends to identify new strategic opportunities.
• Lead process improvement and implementation projects that present large scale business impact.
• Work with business unit leaders to maintain and improve existing decision support models.
• Lead the timely and accurate documentation of business processes and analyze downstream impact.
• Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
