The Loss Recovery Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the activities related to the QC, audit and of loss recovery claims submitted for payment.  It is the Supervisor’s responsibility to ensure that all transferred loans into the Company comply with investor and insurer requirements and manage the recovery of losses initiated by the Loss Recovery Analyst.  The Supervisor will assist in the development of claims loss recovery reports weekly, monthly or as determined by senior leadership.

  Position Requirements:

Ensure timely and accurate loss recovery reviews on defaulted loans based on contract parameters

Work with internal legal to determine bill back protocols

Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether findings meet contract criteria for bill back, repurchase or indemnification submission

Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients, vendors and internal employees and maintaining them over time

ReAct as the primary point of contact/liaison, ensuring that all loss recovery submissions are acted upon internally and externally

Reduce loss exposure for the Company through controlled audit reviews 

Complete various projects as assigned by management
