IT Product Director (Salesforce)

The Product Director is responsible for the strategic Product vision and implementation of the Product strategy. Will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering leadership and Business leadership to create adn excute on roadmaps that enable the Business to meet their strategic, often revenue-based, goals. This role will foster effective cross-team collaboration, lead leaders and individual contributors (vritually and directly) and enable efficient delivery of product enhancements using agile methodolgies with the goal of improving the overall customer and team member experiences and efficiencies. 

Essential Job Functions:

Owns the vision and roadmap for one or more Products

  • Is accountable for the overall go to market plan, including the revenue forecasts, adoption goals, pricing, and partner/ecosystem strategies
  • Build compelling marketing content such as case studies, whitepapers, presentations, etc. to showcase customer value, competitive differentiation
  • Identify and coordinate the interdependencies among owned products and other important strategic initiatives across an organization
  • Has a proven ability to think strategically (overall product roadmap) while being able to be hands-on (can write detailed product roadmaps)
  • Create effective mechanisms to prioritize initiatives and develop product requirements for different initiatives, working backwards from the business and/or customer
  • Clearly define KPIs to measure success of different initiatives and track/report on them throughout the lifecycle of the product.
  • Develops a comprehensive point of view on industry trends and the broader market and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborates with wider team on project milestones and provides organizational management and stakeholder with relevant update
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role requires leadership and direction of direct and indirect staff towards deadlines, goals and accomplishments.

Education and/or Experience:

• 8+ years of additional Business Analysis, Product Owner, Product Management, Programming, etc.
• Anything relevant in the Product or Tech space would offset the need for a Bachelor's
• Extensive knowledge of both business and IT processes, Freedom Mortgage experience preferred
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize initiatives, foster collaboration between departments and drive
initiatives to completion through accountability
• Understands organizational structure to influence and obtain agreement from stakeholders; Knows who/where to pursue information within the organization and applies towards removing team obstacles
• Strong professional development skills such as oral and written communications, personal credibility
• Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Previous experience in Mortgage Banking and/or associated lines of business is highly preferred
