Description

Responsible to consistently deliver changes effectively and efficiently without any detrimental impact to business services. Protects the services to the Business\Customer, as well as facilitating Changes without unnecessary bureaucracy or control. Aims to minimize the risks of exposure, impact and disruption to services, primarily implementing changes successfully the first time and thus saving time and money. Change Management is a key control for IT systems and is always at the top of every auditor’s checklist.


Essential Job Functions may include:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities for change team members.
  • Drive ServiceNow optimization and enhancement.
  • Provide training and guidance for new team members as well as business and IT partners.
  • Provide oversight for creation of and maintenance for the all Change Management dashboards and reports
  • Drive continuous improvement into the existing Change Management practices, specifically around Major Change and adoption and integration with Business related change management request.
  • Work with our DevOps team to ensure seamless integration with the change management policies and procedures.
  • Continue to build relationships throughout the IT organization to ensure alignment with other IT departments and in conjunction with our business partners and overall corporate goals.
  • Participate in leading, reporting and recording for the Change Advisory Board meetings.
  • Monitoring for unauthorized changes.
  • Rotational support of weekly validation bridge support on Sunday’s.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Experienced user with ServiceNow.


Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • College Degree or Technical Certificate Preferred
  • 1 - 3 years experience in IT Operations, IT Production Support, or Change Management

Language Skills:

Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
