Summary
Analyze Fee Quotes provided by Third-Party Providers related to Title and Settlement Services to ensure accuracy to State Guidelines and Contractual Agreements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Review State-by-State Bulk Data for Title and Settlement Fees from Third Party Providers to ensure Accuracy to Industry Requirements and Standards
- Identify Variances and generate corrective action for each identified discrepancy
- Collect Descrepancy Data and provide to Manager for Delivery to Providers
- Monitor Fee Change Notifications from Title Underwrtiters and Providers to update Quote Engine
- Validate Transaction-Specific Data to ensure delivery of Quotes relevant to Individual Transactions
- Verify information is accurate in Lakewood and identify Root-Causes of Variances

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 Years Title Insurance Industry Experience is a plus. Job candidates should have demonstrated abilities to exceed goals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graph.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
