Serves as the main point of contact for all incentive related employment agreements.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepares and sends all employment agreements for new hires and transfers
  • Oversees the execution of the agreements, and follows up with employees who have not yet signed and returned
  • Works in collaboration with the commission processing team as well as HR Shared to ensure all employees are provided the correct agreement based on job code
  • Works in collaboration with Recruiting to ensure proper commission plans are being offered
  • Provides fully executed copies of Branch Manager employment agreements to Licensing to ensure Branch Licenses are attainable
  • Prepares all documentation requested for state specific compliance audits
  • Performs any other related duties as required or assigned. 

Education and/or Experience:

  • 2-5 Years’ experience in Human Resources
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree Preferred

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
