Assist Document Management Supervisor in all aspects of the department to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity. Functions include reporting, special projects, training, trouble shooting, daily processing and any other functions management deems appropriate. This position will not include disciplinary responsibility or other personnel issues regarding the staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of department volumes, production levels, quality, and efficiency.
- Suggest to the management team improvements in quality, automation, cost and efficiency.
- Provide quality and timely service to all internal branch and home office departments relating to Doc Management and file requests.
- Initiate, perform, and/or oversee regular maintenance to department scanning equipment and hardware.
- Maintain awareness of training needs.
- Participate in special projects aimed at introducing new policies and procedures, as well as projects initiated to clean up employee and system errors.
- Have a thorough understanding of all department functions and be able to fill a normal production role due to high volume or staff shortage.
- Act as the department contact in the absence of a Supervisor; not to include resolution of personnel related issues.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
