Summary
The Coordinator, Deal (Correspondent Lending Operations), supports the new Co-Issue product being launched in 2015.  Co issue deal coordinator manages co issue transfers for national client base while acting as the clients main point of contact throughout the transaction.  Coordinator is responsible for analyzing data for accuracy, registering and processing pools of loans into our system of record, and ultimately boarding loans to our Servicing system.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Performs necessary daily activities to ensure that channel milestone dates are met each month.
  • Manages elevated deal and loan level issues with cross-functional partners at FMC and the client.
  • Coordinates with servicing partners to ensure that each co-issue pool board is met accordingly.
  • Validates and reconciles the loan level/pool details with our pricing partners and clients.
  • Manages and maintains relationships with investors and clients.

Education and/or Experience:
Some College/Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical school; or one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.  

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
