The Clerical Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support in terms of scanning, filing, faxing, data input, etc. as well as additional tasks as needed on a project basis. The Clerical Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support in terms of scanning, filing, faxing, data input, etc. as well as additional tasks as needed on a project basis.
Essential Job Functions:  

  • Bi-Lingual a plus
  • Faxing, scanning, emailing and uploading documents.
  • Data entry as needed.
  • Filing and organization of documents.

 

Other Related Duties:
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities


  • Minimum of one year in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School preferred; 1+ years related experience and/or training.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.



Mathematical Skills:


Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.



Reasoning Ability:


Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
