The Cash Quality Assurance Analyst performs various analysis with regards to adherence to requirements, results of audits, and efficiencies in processes. This role is vital to the infrastructure of the Cash Management department.

Essential Job Functions may include:

  • Conduct loan level audits to ensure postings accuracy, review completion of daily control reports and meeting all regulatory and policy/process requirements.

  • Monitor trends of results of audits to ensure proper escalation to management, when applicable.

  • Ensure Cash QA Plan/report document is maintained and in accordance with requirements.

  • Performs extensive research of cash regulatory requirements for Cash QA review to ensure audits are appropriate and effective.

  • Develop, maintain, edit, and track changes in procedures and job aids to provide the department with information for continuous quality improvement.

  • Perform loan selections in adherence with all requirements for the Cash QA Team.

  • Perform ad-hoc reviews as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager/VP. 

  • Provide assessment of issues, maintain records and correspondence relative to assigned review(s). 

  • Work closely with other team members and interact with department owners and operational managers to ensure efficiencies in the QA review process.

  • Delivers accurate data and have a keen sense of attention to detail.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in with Cash Management QA; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
