The Vacancy: Branch Manager

We at Freedom Mortgage are looking for an engaging, inspiring Branch Manager (NMLS License for State required) to effectively recruit, coach, manage, and motivate our branch teams. Unfazed by the busy nature of such a role, the perfect candidate would bring passion, organization, expertise, and experience to the table, taking true ownership of their branch with a determined approach to meet


expectations and company goals. We need somebody who can take the unexpected in their stride, someone with something special about them who can forge excellent, unforgettable relationships with everyone they meet.

 

What does the job look like?

 

As a Branch Manager, your daily duties will include...

 

  • Establishing and maintaining a strong client referral base, through both developing new business and enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Managing your people. That’s hiring, training, and managing the staff in accordance with company and industry standards (including product and sales training).
    • Taking responsibility for all business that passes through your branch. That means ensuring every customer has the perfect experience with Freedom.
    • Keeping a close eye on the competition. Stay informed about trends, changes, and developments in the local real estate market, and track best practice and competitor activity via FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other investors and agencies.

 

Education

  • One year certificate from College or Technical School; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in residential lending.
  • NMLS License for State required in order to originate/lend.
