Perform market analysis on various lending areas in assigned market(s). Recruit, train, and retain new employees. Open new branch locations within assigned market. Oversee all branches to ensure growth and profitability. Motivate personnel, as required.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Reviewing and monitoring monthly P&Ls for accuracy.
  • Reviewing and monitoring scorecards for acceptable performance.
  • Monitoring Credit Watch for performance.
  • Recruiting new employees.
  • Proactively communicating with Regional Production Manager, informing him/her of managers who require disciplinary action up to and including termination.
  • Enforcing and upholding the corporate Guiding Philosophy.
  • Motivating personnel, as required.
  • Holding monthly conference calls with direct reports.
  • Leading one-on0one coaching sessions for direct reports, etc.



Other Related Duties:

Performs other related duties as assigned.



Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manages 5-10 Branch Managers who supervise a varying number of employees. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
