Melissa Grzeskowiak-Miller - Manager of Customer Care (Servicing)

Melissa’s team handles collection accounts, loss mitigation requests, and customer service inquiries. Her responsibilities include reviewing daily reports to make sure Freedom is maintaining top-notch speed of answer and call handle times, coaching supervisors to help improve their performance, and ensuring we are meeting evolving goals set for our Servicing teams.
Melissa first joined Freedom nearly 5 years ago and ever since has been bringing to bear the talents from her 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry including several best practices which have helped the Servicing team continue to grow and succeed.
